Frequently Asked Questions

Course numbers vary from course to course. For more interaction-centred MHFA courses, this is usually 12-16, for other courses, this can range up to 25. For bespoke courses, numbers of negotiable based on your needs. Please see course pages for specifics.

Yes, we do. If you cannot find a public course that suits you please contact us to discuss a private course.

Our courses can be delivered online or face-to-face. If you have a number of delegates you can book a private course to suit your preferred delivery method, date and location. We also offer bespoke training which can be designed around your organisation’s requirements. Please contact us to discuss.

Yes. We offer bespoke training packages that can be designed around your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss any bespoke training you need.

You can either book onto one of our public courses which are advertised in the upcoming course section or can contact us to arrange a private course. Please contact us to discuss your organisations’ individual needs.

No. If you wish to pay via a different method to our online system please contact us or opt to pay by bank transfer (BACS). Please note that certificates will not be issued until payment is received in full.

For the online training you will need a microphone in order to interact within the sessions. You do not need a camera; however, it is highly recommended in order to get the most from the course.

A device that has a good internet connection and a microphone. We also strongly recommend that you have a camera in order to get the most from the course.
